We offer the sale of individual bottles and wine subscriptions. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or discontinue any products without notice.
Subscriptions
By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments as outlined in your subscription plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time, provided it is done at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
4. Order Processing and Payment
Orders will be processed once full payment has been received. Payment options include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to customers located within NSW and Australia. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, we are not responsible for any delays or damages during transit.
Delivery Restrictions
Alcohol can only be delivered to customers 18 years and older, and someone of legal drinking age must sign for the delivery. If proof of age cannot be provided upon delivery, the order will be returned, and redelivery may incur additional fees.
6. Returns and Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with our shipping company/courier to investigate the issue. Once the investigation is complete and the damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage to assist with the investigation.
Delivery Confirmation
Once delivery is marked as completed, we do not offer refunds or returns. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us via the contact details in the Contacts menu as soon as possible.
7. Liquor Licensing Compliance
We strictly comply with the NSW Liquor Act 2007. It is an offense to sell or supply alcohol to a minor or intoxicated person. If we believe that a customer is in violation of these laws, we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
